Refunds and Exchanges for Non-Defective Items
Due to the nature of our products, most of our wheels are custom made to order. As a result, we are currently unable to offer refunds or exchanges for non-defective items. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase and reach out to our customer service team if they have any questions or concerns before placing an order.
Manufacturing Defects

Return Requirements
In order to qualify for a return due to a manufacturing defect, the following requirements must be met:
- The item must be unused and unworn.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
