Refunds and Exchanges for Non-Defective Items

Due to the nature of our products, most of our wheels are custom made to order. As a result, we are currently unable to offer refunds or exchanges for non-defective items. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase and reach out to our customer service team if they have any questions or concerns before placing an order.

Manufacturing Defects

In the unlikely event that you receive a wheelset with a manufacturing defect, we are here to assist you. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure your satisfaction.

If you believe that your wheelset has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team directly. They will guide you through the hassle-free process of returning the item and resolving the issue.

Return Requirements

In order to qualify for a return due to a manufacturing defect, the following requirements must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, our team will assess the item for any manufacturing defects. If a defect is found, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange for the defective item.

Please note that any damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear will not be considered as a manufacturing defect.

I had a great experience with Wheel Angel and would highly recommend them to any cyclist looking for a new bike or a custom wheelset. Andy from Wheel Angel is highly professional, passionate, and incredibly patient. He built a beautiful handmade wheelset for me as part of my preparation for the Alpi4000 challenge. Along the way, I encountered a persistent noise issue. Although we eventually discovered that the problem was not caused by the wheelset, Andy never stopped trying to help. He spent a great deal of time troubleshooting and working through several rounds of checks to identify the root cause. His dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Thanks to his tireless efforts, we finally solved the issue, and I can now fully enjoy riding with the beautifully handcrafted wheelset he built for me. A humble business run by a passionate craftsman (Andy) who personally builds every wheel he sells. I brought my wheels back after a broken spoke on the rear wheel, and he generously offered to inspect the full set. As a graduating student on a modest budget, I truly appreciated his empathy; he was completely honest and wasn’t pushy on maintenance services.
