Refunds and Exchanges for Non-Defective Items

Due to the nature of our products, most of our wheels are custom made to order. As a result, we are currently unable to offer refunds or exchanges for non-defective items. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchase and reach out to our customer service team if they have any questions or concerns before placing an order.

Manufacturing Defects

In the unlikely event that you receive a wheelset with a manufacturing defect, we are here to assist you. We stand behind the quality of our products and want to ensure your satisfaction.

If you believe that your wheelset has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team directly. They will guide you through the hassle-free process of returning the item and resolving the issue.

Return Requirements

In order to qualify for a return due to a manufacturing defect, the following requirements must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, our team will assess the item for any manufacturing defects. If a defect is found, we will gladly offer you a refund or exchange for the defective item.

Please note that any damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear will not be considered as a manufacturing defect.

Bought their latest SLX Pro wheelset. Today tmcr ride.. today headwind very strong n bike didnt swerve and steady.. wheelset is fast, can hold and comfy. Overall satisfied with it.. i tink better than roval and reserve which i have rode bfore.. Andy is knowledgeable with wheelset. Good service and friendly as always. Recommend roadies to try out his wheelset. He build by his own and therefore quality is assured.

My 2nd Wheel Angel wheelset — this one felt like it was made for me This is my second pair of wheels from Andy at Wheel Angel, and the story behind it is what makes it special. When I first went looking for a slim-profile wheelset, Wheel Angel's website only listed 44mm and up — so slim wasn't really on the table. I reached out to Andy anyway, and it turned out he happened to have a 32mm rim lying around. What a coincidence — it genuinely felt like this wheel was meant for me. The build is exactly what I'd expect from my first pair: super lightweight (~944g), noticeably responsive under power, and I've really felt it on climbs — the wheel just wants to accelerate. I was a bit worried about how a slim 32mm profile would handle on flats, but no issues there either — stable and efficient with no twitchiness. Between Andy's personal service — sourcing a rim that wasn't even listed — and the ride quality itself, this has been another great experience with Wheel Angel. Well worth reaching out directly, even if what you want isn't on the site.
